Ingredients
• 4-6 chicken pieces (drumsticks or breasts)
• 1 cup all-purpose flour

• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

2nd step - Whisk the eggs and milk together in an another basin.
3rd step - Each piece of chicken should be dipped three times: once in the flour mixture, once in the egg mixture and once more in the flour mixture. The flour mixture should be pressed onto the chicken to ensure good adhesion.
4th step - Heat 1-2 inches of vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350-375°F (175-190°C), In a deep skillet or Dutch oven.
5th step - A few pieces of the chicken at a time, sparingly packed into the pan, should be carefully added to the heated oil.
6th step - Fried the chicken for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, or until it is cooked through and golden brown.
7th step - The chicken should be taken out of the oil using a slotted spoon and allowed to drain on a dish covered with paper towels.
