• 2-3 slices of roti bread, cut into small pieces

• 1 pound boneless and skinless chicken thighs, finely chopped

• 1 onion, chopped

• 2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped

• 1 bell pepper, sliced

• 1/4 cup shredded cabbage

• 1 teaspoon curry powder

Instructions 


• 1st step - Heat the oil in a large saucepan or wok over medium-high heat.

• 5th step - Add the chopped roti, carrots, peppers, and cabbage to the skillet and cook until vegetables are tender and roti is crisp, 3-4 minutes.
